Take one capsule of Pendulum Glucose Control twice a day with food.
One dose in the morning and one in the evening is a general guideline. If you find an alternate dosing schedule that works for you, you can continue with it.
If you miss a dose, you can take two capsules at your next dose.
Keep refrigerated. Perishable. Best if used within 6 mouths of opening.
When using Pendulum Glucose Control as directed, some people may experience mild gastrointestinal (GI) upset during the first couple of weeks of use. If you get stomach aches or distress, don't worry, as this can mean Pendulum is helping change your gut for the better!
If GI symptoms become too strong, we recommend going down to one pill a day.
If GI symptoms are severe or do not resolve within a couple of weeks, or if you experience an allergic reaction, stop using Pendulum Glucose Control and consult your physician.
